Based in the Maryland suburbs of our Nation's Capital, Evans Videography is a husband and wife team founded in 2007. Both are former forensic video examiners with a combined 35 years of experience working with local, state, federal, and international law enforcement agencies as well as local, state, and federal attorneys. Their body of work covers the gamut from providing subject matter expertise in the disciplines of video and forensic video technologies to working on several well known high profile investigations. They currently hold legal videography certifications from the National Court Reporters Association (CLVS) and are ready to assist our clients in the utilization of this important tool: demostrative video evidence.

Merinda Elllis Evans - CEO & CLVS Certified Legal Videographer


Ms. Evans holds a B.S. degree in Broadcast Production from Howard University, School of Communications. She spent over twenty years working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and was employed as a Forensic Video Examiner for well over a decade. Following her government service, Mrs. Evans, a native of the Chicago area, created the company to continue to provide the legal community with professional video acquisition and production services.

Ronald L. Evans - CTO & CLVS Certified Legal Videographer

 

Mr. Evans holds a B.S. degree in Mass Communications with concentrations in Audio and Video Production from Towson University near Baltimore, MD, his home town. He was employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for over 24 years and served as a Forensic Video Examiner for two decades. Mr. Evans joined his wife in the company in 2010.
